Downloading AstraSync

Once you have received your download link by SMS, click the link to bring up the download screen in the BlackBerry Browser, and then click ‘Download’.

If you do not have an SMS but know your customer portal login, you can go direct to the download location from your device.

1.  Bring up your browser on the device and enter www.astrasync.com/dwl as shown:

2.  Enter your Username and Password, which are the same you use to login to the AstraSync User Portal:

3.  Click on the “Over-The-Air Download and Install” link to download the application to your device:
